Customers who purchase ready-to-ship items through our online boutique have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Items created specifically for the customer or made according to the customer's individual requirements are made-to-order.According to applicable consumer protection laws, the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to submit a claim.Please contact us by email at:petrakocianova@email.czInclude your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.We will review your claim as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps. Claims will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.Claims do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused by incorrect care or maintenance.
